Fourth stay, liked everything, as always. No complaints whatsoever.

Not a complaint but a suggestion. In the current economy it may be difficult but if an opportunity arises to install a small lift to the basement parking area this would avoid the need to carry luggage up. Also would it be difficult to have perhaps just one TV channel in English i.e. a news channel?

This place has friendly staff, modern studio suites that feel like home, a great wake-up service, and super comfy beds, creating a cozy atmosphere for guests.

Great service from staff, spacious and well-appointed rooms, fast room service breakfast. The concierge even emailed us before arrival to inform us about no elevator. The location was convenient for exploring the city and there were nearby restaurants and shopping options.

Some rooms smelled of smoke, which was unpleasant for non-smoking guests. The hotel should take more measures to prevent in-room smoking or ensure thorough cleaning.

This hotel has a great location close to many easter celebrations and events. the staff was friendly and willing to offer recommendations about local attractions. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. the continental breakfast was delicious and included a good selection of items to choose from. the free Wi-Fi was also a nice perk.

The hotel lacked a fitness center or gym, which would have been nice to have during Easter weekend. there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room, which was disappointing.

The rooms are modern and spacious, with excellent shower facilities and all the modern amenities you could need. The kitchen facilities are a bonus, allowing you to cook your own meals if desired. The location is perfect, situated in a lovely residential area with easy access to the town center. Breakfast is also top-notch, offering a variety of tasty options to start your day.

The suite was well decorated, comfortable with all the necessary facilities. We loved having our own kitchen which was spotless. The staff were friendly, the receptionist explained everything clearly. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the area and there are plenty of options for dining. We appreciated the continental breakfast which offer plenty of options including fresh fruit.

The lack of information regarding kitchen hygiene was a bit concerning, as we were unsure if the previous guest had maintained cleanliness. Although there was a dishwasher we had to bring our own washing up liquid and cloths.
